1:00-2:30 In-classroom training on basic G.A.P.s with Cathy Carlson, food safety program manager with Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF), and Stephen Bird, professional food safety inspector. Hear why you need a food safety plan, what buyers are looking for in a food safety plan, and how to get started on writing one.
2:30-4:00 On-farm mock food safety audit with Cathy Carlson
4:00-4:40 Small group coaching sessions on developing food safety plans
4:45-5:00 Optional GLOBALG.A.P. presentation by CCOF’s Amy Lamendella

The CCOF Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that expands on our education and outreach activities.
