Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders: Screening and Intervention Strategies

Prenatal exposure to alcohol can impact a child’s development and behavior with serious lifelong effects. This training will offer insights into common FASD characteristics and practical guidelines for applying intervention strategies that work best for this population. Participants will learn the symptoms of FASD, how to maximize success for those affected, resources for screening, diagnostic evaluations, and family support services.
