The Festival of Life is a 3 day Independence weekend celebration of music, food, arts, crafts, games and more. It will be held on July 3rd – 5th in Union Park, Chicago, IL. Visit www.festivaloflife.biz. The International Festival of Life primarily serves the Chicago land communities and fans from other parts of the country and overseas. It focus on the heritage, lifestyle and culture of peoples of the Caribbean, Africa, Latin and the rest of North America, among other regions. The two mottos, adopted since its inception in 1993, are “Bringing Nations Together” and “Living Together as One”, as we seek to highlight culture, music, health educational programs for our youth and for healthier living for all our people.
