NSNP's Festival de Flores will gather friends, community members, partner organizations, and gardening enthusiasts at NSNP's Las Parcelas Garden.
The fun begins at 3:00pm with a Philadelphia Fringe Festival Performance by COSACOSA art at large. For more information on this performance, visit:
The Festival de Flores will begin at 4:00pm on The NSNP Gardens
will come alive with music, traditional Puerto Rican food, exciting sights, and great company!
NSNP's Gardens have shaped the Norris Square landscape and the lives of the Norris Square community members. NSNP maintains 6 urban, culturally-themed gardens that preserve green space and energize the Norris Square community. Through collaborations with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) and many other individuals, NSNP’s Garden Coordinator Iris Brown has brought the vivid colors of Puerto Rico and Africa to Philadelphia.
There is a $10 suggested donation for this event. NSNP will be accepting checks and cash donations at the Festival de Flores. You may make also make donation online via: http://myneighborhoodproject.org
