This event will bring generations of women together from all walks of life to be pampered, have fun, and to grow spiritually/mentally, physically, financially, academically.
The conference will recognize girls during the Opening ceremony at breakfast. They will receive recognition through the Presidential Volunteer Award, Financial Scholarships, and YELL! Participation. The Keynote Speaker is Kim Roxie, Lamik Cosmetics and Dr. Alma Allen, State Representative, District 131.
Women will be recognized during lunch. Recognition with the Females Aspiring/Achieving (FAB Award), Along with a Talent and Fashion Show. The Emcee is Sherry Williams, KHOU Reporter/Anchor.The Keynote Speaker is Dr. Jonita Reynolds, CEO, GCCSA.
Workshops will take place mid-morning and mid-afternoon on Saturday, June 9, 2012 by experts in the field. There will be a program and activity area for girls 6 to 10. The young women's programs will co-incide with workshops on career and college planning, financial independence and self-awareness, etc.
Sunday, June 10, 2012, the Closing ceremony and church attendance will take place.

Our mission is to be the "village" for females to help them grow spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, and academically. Our programs allow all females to experience positive interaction in a positive environment.
Ultimately, we support Young Essence Ladies...Learning (YELL!)Mentoring for girls through the E'Ladies Network, a group of profession women, female-owned small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. We recruit mentors and volunteer to support the girl programs and activities. The Evolving with Essence (EWE), women ages 20-35, conduct weekly group mentoring sessions and volunteer opportunities for the YELL!participants. JOIN THE MOVEMENT!!
