A Series for Improving Your Golf Game
Based in the Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education
Whether you're an experienced golfer or new to the game, attain the effortless swing by refining your alignment, balance, and weight shifting.
Overcome the mechanical impediments, such as shortened extension of the spine, limited hip rotation and golfer's elbow that can lead to over swining, faulty swings, or injury.
In this series we take the whole action of the swing and break it down to address the flow of the individual movements, learning to use the muscles and skeletal structure in the most efficient way, incorporating the whole body in every movement.
The result is a golfer with a balanced and centered stance, who swings accurately with grace and power, but who uses little effort to achieve peak performance ~ a golfer with a sense of ease and refined skills to continuously get better and better for a pleasurable, fulfilling golf experience.
$60 - 5 Class Series will run 12:00pm - 1:30pm for 5 Fridays beginning October 25 & ending November 22.

Balance Wellness Studio
Balance Wellness Studio offers services including massage, skin care, and acupuncture, and classes including yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Feldenkrais, and Medicine Dance. Special workshops in Yamuna Body Rolling and Zentangle are also currently being offered.
