The Manual Brewing 101 class is geared for the entry-level home user who is interested in producing better pour over coffee at home. It consists of a basic primer on the pour over process w, from grind adjustment and dose to specific techniques. There will be a discussion of things to avoid, visual cues, and proper timing, as well as an overview of the keys to getting a good extraction.
No-shows or Cancellations without 24 hour notice will not receive refunds. Please contact us ASAP if you've signed up but are unable to attend. In the event of low attendance in any given month, we may cancel a class with a weeks notice with a full refund.
