Jim Rogers, Assistant Director of Facilities, Saddleback College
Mr. Rogers has successfully executed complex operations and boosted profitability for billion dollar companies as well as smaller firms. His expertise includes facilitating the entire project lifecycle including contractor selection, design, and operations and has an impressive record of on time and within budget program completion. Currently, Jim supervises the capital construction program and enhances the efficiency of facilities services. Jim has managed a $60M capital construction program for Saddleback and the development of five major projects to include the recent $52M Science Building.
Jerry Marchbank, Senior Director of Facilities and Planning, Coast Community College District
Mr. Marchbank began his career at Coast District in 1998 as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist. While earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a MBA in Organizational Leadership at National University, Jerry’s unique experience in regulatory compliance and contract management led him to the Facilities department in 2005. For the last seven years, Jerry has been involved in the implementation of Measure C, the Districts $370M bond, passed in 2002. With the recent passage of Measure M, Jerry is excited to share the newest developments in Coast Districts capital improvement plan.
