Our own Chef Greg leads you on a culinary voyage highlighting a statewide seafood staple: shrimp!   Learn the best methods for choosing, storing and preparing these versatile morsels of the sea while enjoying Greg’s mouth-watering recipe.  Space is limited & pre-registration is required.
