FDA Business Resgistration Tutorial
Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014
6:30 - 8 pm
This workshop provides assistance for a critical requirement for your food business!
Take advantage of this help!
All food processors are required to register into the new FDA FURLS system for a Food Facility Registration (FFR) for their business, but also obtain their own FCE#. In the past you were to use the VFVC’s FCE#, and now it is required for processors to obtain their own #. Connor Gorham, the Facilities Manager at the Vermont Food Venture Center, will explain step-by-step how this paperwork should be filed. FDA is difficult to work with, so by having everyone see the process, done the right way, should make everyone’s lives a lot easier! You must re-register even if you registered in the past!
This class is specific to clients processing at the VFVC facility.
