The Fatherhood Image Film Festival is a three day event which features films and other forms of media centered on fatherhood issues. The focus of the screened content is to provide insight on the challenges and rewards of being a father. From the film-makers point of view, the audience will get an intimate look into the personal and social impact of Fatherhood impact and will share what they believe a father should be. It is clear that young men want to know how to be good fathers, even though many have grown up without one.
The festival will include panel discussions, a master class, fun activities and a awards ceremony. The FIFF is a meld of entertainment and human services which is bolstered by the commitment and support from Harlem Professionals FilmNation, Strive International and Each One Teach One. The Fatherhood Image Film Project, being instituted in NYC schools, and Metamorphosis Entertainment.
