Chef Armida Scopazzi is back at ITK with another mouthwatering class of Farmer's Market offerings. You can usually find Armida selling her cookies at the local Farmer's Market where she specializes in Handmade Gluten Free Goodies.
The menu for the Farmer’s Market inspired meal is vegetarian and includes the following:
Roast Winter Squash Soup - Don't miss out on this annual favorite.
Black Rice Cakes with Saffron Garlic Cream - Once only the fare for royalty, black rice is used in this fragrant dish.
Winter Vegetable Tagine - Heavily influenced by Mediterranean spices and techniques, this dish is a meal in itself.
Marinated Fig, Onion, Fennel and Black Olive Flatbread - A simple symphony of flavors.
Cost is $85. Class begins at 2pm and lasts approximately 2 hours.
