Celebrate the harvest, meet a few of Kentucky’s 84,000 farmers and eat a great meal at our annual Farm to Table dinner. Sodexo is committed to sourcing local, seasonal, and sustainably-grown food all the time. Every day you can find a variety of local food choices on campus but this is an opportunity that only comes once a year.
So please join us at our table, meet our local farmers, and pass a side to your neighbor while eating a great meal.
Seating is limited, make your reservation now. Those with food allergies may be accommodated through Ville Grill’s regular offerings. Please indicate this on your reservation.
Charcuterie Plate of Local Smoked Meats, Cheeses, Dried Fruits, Nuts and Fresh Baked Breads
Crown Rack of Beef Ribs slow roasted in Sweet Alfalfa Hay with Winter Vegetable Medley of Acorn and Butternut Squash, Red Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts, and Wilted Kale featuring Apple Wood Smoke Bacon
Vegetarian Option (must indicate on reservation)
Cavatappi pasta tossed with Brown Butter Brussels Sprouts and Mushrooms and Breadcrumbs
Bourbon Poached Pears filled with Chocolate Ganache coated in Caramelized Sugar

Food grown by nearby farmers tastes great, and your purchases help improve the economy of rural communities, preserve our beautiful countryside, and provides nutritious food for the UofL community.
Meal plan holders – 2 meal swipes. Please provide your Cardinal Card ID# and it will be deducted from your account.

Credit - $25. Please indicate you wish to pay by credit and a dining service representative will contact you to process that payment.
Cash - $25. Please make your reservation in person at Ville Grill if you wish to pay cash.
