Led by professional local chefs, this hands-on cooking class for adults starts with freshly harvested ingredients and ends with a delicious meal in the garden.
This program emphasizes the journey real food takes from “Farm to Fork.” Our Farm to Fork: Adult series of cooking classes begins with an exploration of The Ecology Center’s veggie garden and ends with the preparation and enjoyment of small-plate meals alongside professional local chefs. Learn food preparation and cooking skills - equipping children and adults to make healthy, self-sufficient food choices. Beer and wine will be available for adults 21+.
