Join Just Food and Farm School NYC's Executive Board for
a Special Performance to benefit
a play with music, where the past and the future collide on one family’s farm
Monday, August 4, 2014
panel discussion with Farm School NYC faculty, students and alumni
about rural and urban farming, land access and social justice
About the Play:
It’s 1979 and progress is about to land on everybody’s doorstep, sometimes gently and other times with a giant thud. Not all members of the Price family feel the same about what change means, but by the time they acknowledge that the landscape has shifted, it may already be too late to save their way of life. This Will All Be Yours will run off-broadway as part of the Midtown International Theatre Festival at The Barrow Group Theatre, 312 West 36th Street, 3rd floor.
About the Panel:
A panel of Farm School NYC faculty, alumni and students will discuss family farming, industrial agriculture, land access, social justice and other critical topics and how they were addressed--or overlooked--in the play.
