Blackbelly’s founder and award winning Chef Hosea Rosenberg, winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Season Five, is bringing his culinary excellence to the Lyons Farmette on August 28th! In support of the local farm community, our mission is to provide the perfect farm to table event experience through unparalleled service and an unforgettable custom menu using the most seasonal local ingredients we can find. In fact, we source most of our ingredients from our own Blackbelly Farm, where we raise our own pigs and lamb. In addition, we’ll showcase Lyons Farmette’s fresh produce on our multi-course menu.
