Allison Wilmes, PYT, ERYT
Allison Wilmes is a Professional Yoga Therapist (1200 hour training). In addition, she has over 7 years of weekly apprenticeship in alignment-based therapeutic yoga with master teacher Gabriel Halpern, and hundreds of hours of additional training in anatomy, physiology, fascial lines of the body, and teaching to special populations. She uses somatics (neuromuscular reeducation) to reconnect the brain with the muscles to bring about lasting change. Her classes are inspiring, fun and a safe environment in which to explore your own edges.
