Application to Participate in
2013 Fall Hodgepodge
NON-PROFITS MAY APPLY FOR A SPACE BY CHOOSING THE FREE TICKET AT THE BOTTOM.
Thank you for visiting and we look forward to reviewing your Fall Hodgepodge application (aka purchasing an Eventbrite ticket for space).
In years past, the fair took place on a Friday/Saturday, we are moving the event to SATURDAY and SUNDAY this year.
Hodgepodge hours will be Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Consider this form an APPLICATION, submitting your application does not imply application approval. Each application is subject to review to meet show guidelines.
To begin the APPLICATION, choose your booth type and electricty if you need it. You can choose ORDER NOW, which will require you to submit your credit card for full payment.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT, you can choose "Show Other Payment Options" under the ORDER NOW button and choose to be invoiced after approval.
If you choose to Pay in Full at the time of application (aka ORDER NOW/CHECKOUT with CREDIT CARD) and are not approved for entry, your payment will be refunded, less the $15 non-refundable application fee (included in price of ticket).
If you choose to be invoiced once you are approved, you will be sent an invoice via email. The invoice must be PAID IN FULL within 5 days of acceptance, otherwise, the space can be given to another vendor. CHECKS are acceptable, and must be received at the Mountain Arts Community Center within 5 days of application approval. You may also be with CREDIT CARD by visiting the Mountain Arts Community Center to swipe your card or CALLING IN your credit card information.
