Faithful Readiness: An Emergency Preparedness Event for the Faith Community

A collaborative effort between the Federal Emergency Management Agency,
the Department of Homeland Security Center for Faith-based & Neighborhood Partnerships, a Center of the White House Office of Faith-based & Neighborhood Partnerships and state and local partners
As a faith and/or community leader you will:
- Start “Developing a High Quality Emergency Operations Plan for your House of Worship” to respond to an emergency/incident, including guidance to address an active shooter scenario
- Connect with new partners ready to help support your house of worship & community prepare for emergencies
- Begin the process to receive a certificate from the Emergency Management Institute and earn Continuing Education Units
