Scott Parsons Mr. Parsons is a member of the Digital Due Process Initiative and the International AIDS Society. He has served as Past Chair and Program Planner for the Caucus on Refugee and Immigrant Health of the American Public Health Association. He participated as a member of the Prosecution Experts Group of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. He works as a program consultant with USAID and the International Organization for Migration on criminal justice and public health projects in South Asia, West Africa and Mexico.
Mr. Parsons is a Faculty member of the University of Phoenix, Oregon Campus, teaching in both the Criminal Justice and Bachelor of Science in Human Services programs.
