This course is designed to cover facilitation techniques and topics helpful for all business analysts and project managers who regularly lead requirement workshops and other project meetings. The course aligns with requirements for IIBA and PMI CDUs and PD hours.
This course is a one-day, interactive workshop. Attendees will spend the majority of the day practicing the facilitation techniques and exploring how they could be applied in their workplace. Parking, breakfast, lunch, beverages and snacks included.
