In this workshop you will learn to make delicious fruit butters and chutney using seasonal fruit and natural sweeteners.The class will cover equipment, ingredients, canning method and storage. We will make three recipes: apple butter, pumpkin butter, and cranberry pear chutney using the best fall fruit at its peak freshness.
In addition to tasting your delicious creations, you’ll leave with three jars and the recipes and techniques you need to start making great fruit butters and chutneys at home.
