Throughout their journey they learn about how the agriculture industry has changed through the generations. The film will be followed up by a panel discussion on sustainable food choices, moderated by Michael Jones, executive director and co-founder of Local Matters. Our panelist will explore what sustainable food means in Central Ohio from the viewpoints of various stakeholders, and how each impacts the community. Our panel will be made up of representatives from Whole Foods, Chipotle, and Swainway Urban Farm.
