EXPATS PARIS SECRET DINNER!

Dear Expats,

We’re organizing a secret dinner for you and your French friends/colleagues on Friday, October 10, 2014 in Paris.

Here are a few details you may want to know for now (It’s secret; we can’t say it all here):

Cuisine: Traditional-Contemporary French Cuisine

Where: to be revealed a few hours prior to the meeting time (In Paris).

Menu: To be revealed on Tuesday this week only to confirmed registrations!

Estimated Budget: Between 20 and 25 Euros!

This payment you’ll make here will pay for your dinner. This includes the meal only (Menu: Main course-dessert or Entrée-Main Course). The drinks are excluded (very fair prices though).

How many people are expected: Very limited number of people as the restaurant may not want to take in many (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED).

On this expats Paris secret dinner night we’ll go on a journey to France through its marvelous and ingenious cuisine.

We’ll take the last drink in a nearby bar after our dinner.

Cancellation Policy:

A refund of 75% (of the 15€ reservation fee) is available for those who cancel with at least 5 days advance notice. For those who cancel with less than 5 days notice, there will be no refund. This dinner will run rain or shine. Anyone arriving more than 1 hour late will be treated as last-minute cancellations with no refund.

Food Allergy Disclaimer:

The restaurant will only use the ingredients that are needed to prepare the planned menu; sometimes these ingredients are prepared in advance. Potential diner attendees with food allergies should be aware of this risk. Any food allergy alerts from you must be made upon reservation or no later than 5 days prior to the dinner. We will contact the restaurant that will then determine if it’s possible to adjust the menu or create other options for those with allergies. We will notify you about possible modifications.
