Description

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who can exhibit?

Priority is given to artisan food and wine producers from the Grampians, Pyrenees and Henty regions. Other vendors are admitted on a case-by-case basis and if you are registering for the first time you are encouraged to discuss your eligibility with the Festival Director, David Wheaton, on 0417 885 920, prior to submitting your registration.

**Registrations are reviewed in accordance with GGE policies and objectives. If we are unable to confirm your place at the Festival your registration fees will be refunded in full.**

Do I qualify for local pricing?

Follow these links to check the maps for the Grampians, Henty and Pyrenees regions.

I will operate from a food van, do I register for a single or a double site?

GGE provides a single 3.3m or double 3x6m stand for all exhibitors unless you operate from a specially designed van, trailer or cart. If this is the case and your footprint will be greater than 3x3m you must register for a double site.

Can I bring a cool room and leave it behind my stand?

Yes, if you have paid the applicable fee.

Can I attend for one day only?

No, all exhibitors are required to trade on both days of the festival.

What are the festival’s opening hours?

Exhibitors should note the opening hours for GGE24 are different to previous years:

  • Saturday 2 May 2015: from 10.00am until 6.00pm
  • Sunday 3 May 2015: from 9.00am until 4.00pm

How are exhibitor fees determined?

Grampians Grape Escape Inc. is a not-for-profit association and our pricing reflects the true costs of producing a sustainable event. Staging such a large event in a national park, far from the city, presents many logistical challenges. And it’s expensive. Everything we need to run a successful event must be brought to Halls Gap including: marquees, tables, chairs, umbrellas, ATMs, tasting glasses and show bags, ice, power, water, first aid, security, health and safety, waste management, labour, celebrity chefs, entertainment, sound and lighting, kitchens etc.

Can I register and/or pay my fees some other way?

No. All registrations take place online and require a credit card.

How do I find out more information?

An Exhibitor Information Kit will be sent to you by email when your registration has been reviewed and confirmed.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update your registration information and order additional items up until 31 January 2015. We cannot accept any changes after this date.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are not payable if you simply change your mind, however if your circumstances change you must contact us in writing. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply if you contact us no later than 60 days prior to commencement of the festival. Should you cancel less than 60 days prior to the commencement of the festival, no refund will be payable. Refunds will be paid within 90 days of the conclusion of the festival.
