No matter what you do or where you work, problems can arise if you do not pay attention to your body. Not to mention if your work involves few changes in body position such as working at a computer all day. This class will teach you some stretching and muscle-strengthening exercises that you can actually do at work! Please join us for a fun-filled, hands-on workshop and learn some gentle exercises for your hands and neck as well as the rest of your body.
