Join the Project EXCITE Parent Committee for a Panel Discussion: "Become Your Child's Best Advocate!"
Join us for a panel discussion with expert teachers and educators who have years of experience working with parents and families. Panel begins promptly at 3:00 p.m. Refreshments will be provided - we look forward to seeing you there!
Beth Arey(left) Beth Arey is in her 4th year as College & Career Coordinator for ETHS. She brings over ten years of experience in college counseling and postsecondary planning, having worked at Northwestern University, Lewis University and St. Rita High School.
Pete Bavis: (middle) Pete Bavis is the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction at ETHS.He mentors and coaches teachers, and has worked closely with the development and implementation of the new earned honors curriculum for freshman students.
Henry Brown: (right) Henry Brown is in his 3rd year as the Dean of Students for Niles North High School, and was the School Psychologist for Niles West High School for the past nine years.He has been active in the field of education for over 15 years and has been a frequent contributor to race & equity discussions and changes amongst school staff and students.His current work involves the development of a psycho-educational group for female students of color, which builds courage, confidence, and character.
