Lancaster Public Library is pleased to offer free computer classes to the public. Classes are given by experienced library volunteers.
Excel (Level I) introduces you to the concepts of a digital spreadsheet and some of the basic functions found in Microsoft Excel. Using the Office 2010 version, you'll learn about the following:
- What is Excel?
- Screen layout
- Entering data
- Repeating data
- Creating a sequence
- Rows and columns
- Formatting data
- Manual calculations
- Sorting data
- Copy and paste
Where: Computer Training Room on the second floor of the Duke Street library
When: July 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th from 6-7:45pm. Registration is required and please do so only if you can attend all of the sessions listed for the class.
Prerequisites: Word or equivalent experience. A Lancaster County library card in good standing. Must be 18 or older.

Metered parking is available on Duke Street and behind the library. The Duke Street Garage is also across the street from the library.
