 Join us for a very special Mother's Day Brunch with Chef Lee Anne Wong and the woman that made her-HER MOM! Chef and her mother are flying to Hawaii for the weekend to cook for all of Hawaii's deserving Moms! Each mother will receive a special gift and the entire family can enjoy Hele On Kaka`ako after brunch. Seating is limited and on a reservation only basis. Our staff will call to confirm your reservation after payment has been made. Pricing includes tax and gratutity so there are no hassles for you on this special day. 

Adult Menu

Ono Appetizer Plate:

- Hawaiian Fruits, Macadamia Yogurt, Japanese Rusk

- Housemade Granola, Haupia Cream

- Smoked Local Fish, Black Pepper Cream Cheese, Red Onion, Mini Bagel

- Crispy Pa'i'ai, Hawaiian Fresh Farms Goat Cheese, Wildflower Honey, Garden Herbs

Main Course:

-63 degree Farm Eggs, Creamy Polenta, Market Vegetables, Sweet Corn Hollandaise, Garlic Crostini, choice of Crispy Pork Belly, or Roasted Local Fish

After graduating from The French Culinary Institute, Lee Anne Wong jumped into the restaurant world. She immersed herself in New York’s fusion cuisine. She has also cooked in kitchens all over the world, including The French Laundry, Charlie Trotter’s of Chicago, Nobu, The Four Seasons, Trio, Casa Oaxaca in Mexico and Cap Jaluca in the British Virgin Islands – picking up global flavors and techniques along the way.

Chef Wong brought her culinary skills to an even wider audience when she appeared as a cheftestant on Season One of Bravo’s Flagship Series “Top Chef.” The show’s producers saw her innate talent and media experience, and brought her on as the Supervising Culinary Producer on Top Chef, and its spin-off Top Chef Masters.

Lee Anne’s latest projects include several appearances on Food Network including the judges panel on “Chopped”, “Iron Chef America” and “The Next Iron Chef: Redemption” web based pre-show.   She can also be seen on The Cooking Channel’s hit series “Unique Eats”, which highlights the first look and last word in everything extreme in food today.
Her passion is pork, and she can do anything with a pig. Her Mother was her inspiration and she says that she probably gets her “chops” from her.
