This is the first class anyone intersted in cooking better should take. Cooking is more fun, safer and quicker when you have a good foundation of knife skills.
Come take this class now and stop being a danger to yourself and everyone around you in the kitchen. Knife selection, care, sharpening is covered along with proper cutting techniques to keep you safe and all your apendages attached. We'll learn to cut baton, brunious, chiffonade, etc. that will make your recipes look restaurant quality. You might be covered with the various greens we’ll cut in class.
Cost is $65. Class begins at 6:30pm and last approximately 2 hours.
