Are you interested in starting your students down a path to a lifetime of learning? Join us for our workshop to learn all about Evernote for portfolios.


Interested in learning how to start your students down a path of lifetime of learning with Evernote? Attend this special event  for a hands on, interactive demonstration of how your students can use Evernote  to create, collect and collaborate as they build their portfolios. We'll present live demonstrations, interactive activites and provide hands on training with Evernote and the entire family of apps.  Giveaways and raffles will take place throughout the day.

Learn From The Experts

Rob van Nood will lead a presntation on how to implement digital portfolios with your students in your class, school or district. Rob is a teacher at Trillium Charter School in Portland. He was featured in Education Week (E-Portfolios Evolve Thanks to Web 2.0 Tools) and has been working to develop online portfolios with students in private schools, traditional public schools and public charter schools for the past 15 years. He has been chronicling and speaking about his journey using Evernote for Portfolios on his blog (Evernote for Portfolios). He'll share the story of how he found, assessed and ultimately implemented Evernote with his students and the results of his program. He'll share tips and best practices he's learned along the way.

Bill Stites and Reshan Richards of the Montclair Kimberley Academy will also be presenting how they are using Evernote in a 1:1 environment for their students portfolios.

Livescribe will be there as well showing how to make use of how their Livescribe Smartpens can be used to capture memories into your students portfolios. They'll also be giving a way a few of their pens to lucky attendees.
