Event Details

Interested in being a mentor for a new faculty member now or in the future?  Come explore the benefits of mentoring and the roles and responsibilities associated with being a mentor.  You’ll also learn about our new mentoring program for new faculty.  Whether you are just curious about mentoring or are committed to being a mentor this semester, you are more than welcome to attend.  This session is open to full and part time faculty as well as administrators. 

 

As a result of participating, you will be able to:  (1) Discuss the benefits of mentoring for both the mentor and mentee, (2) Describe the roles and responsibilities of the mentor, and (3) Describe the new mentoring program at MCC.
