This is a 100% FREE TRAINING put on by Local and National Disaster Response for Animals Organizations: Animal Disaster Team Torrance, Pet Safe Coalition, Southern California Animal Response Team, with Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control, Operation Blankets of Love, and Los Angeles County Health Department – Veterinary Services.

Emergency Network Los Angeles - Animal Services Committee

ENLA is the Los Angeles County VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters). It is a coalition of nonprofit organizations, along with government and private-sector partners, with some disaster function.ENLA serves as the forum where organizations share knowledge and resources throughout the disaster cycle—preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation — to help disaster survivors and their communities. Together we foster more effective service through the four C’s—communication, coordination, cooperation and collaboration — by providing convening mechanisms and outreach for all people and organizations involved in disasters.
