This quick and dirty-Mada style etching class will teach you how to to etch steel or brass plate using common household materials, and leave with the knowlede to do this yourself at home.
You will be using a print transfer or a silkscreened image to make the initial mask image. Lindsay will help you prepare your digital image ahead of time, so start thinking. Best if the design is kinda simple, text works also. If you don't have time to come up with an image, you can use the Mada logo.
No larger then 5.5” x 8.5” please.
PS: Lindsay makes amazing stuff. She has skills that were learned at an actual art school. This class will be great, and since we rarely offer this sort of thing, will probably fill up fast. Don't miss out.
