CMs will refine their CoA plans to incorporate the diversity of history, culture, and dialects of Spanish-speaking and French-speaking people. CMs will learn strategies for establish a welcoming and responsive classroom for both students and parents. CMs cultivate an understanding and appreciation for the interrelated nature of school culture, content, and instruction.
Essential Questions: How can I better understand my students? How can I apply my content appropriately to my context? What is my vision for parental involvement? What are my big goals for this year, and how will I drive toward them? How should I pace the course content?
