From freshly steamed Tibetan momo dumplings to the aromatic curries of Nepal and the signature red rice of Bhutan, this crossover cultural region boasts intriguing flavors and scores of unique and flavorful dishes. Join Culinary Center Educator Wai Chu for an expedition into this fascinating Asian cuisine. All proceeds from this class will benefit Whole Foods Market’s Whole Planet Foundation.
