Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!
Welcome to Erin Lanahan Method 2012! This is not a Fad, it's not a 12 week challenge, it's not a diet plan...it's a MOVEMENT! This is where we dig deep, breathe, sweat, connect, awaken, energize, and meet our most amazing selves! This is not about just getting fit on the outside, it's about getting fit on the inside too! This is about creating real change that moves you at your core, after which you can never be the same!
I am honored to bring to you, for the first time EVER, a program that combines yoga, circuit training, meditation, myo-fascial release (roll-out), AND group questions and answer sessions. I have been digging deep within myself in order to create something that not only helps you get healthier physically, but that focuses on getting you healthier mentally and emotionally as well.
Whatever we see in our external world is merely a reflection of our internal world. Therefore, if we do not take a look at the inside and begin to change ourselves there, no external results will ever last or keep us happy for very long.
It is my mission in life to help you feel more beautiful, to feel connected to yourself, to feel proud and confident, to release fear and judgement, to heal negative thinking and behaivors, and to follow your hearts desires in all aspects of your life.
Therefore, I aim to deliver services that offer you inspiration and tools that you can apply in your life, so that you can move towards lifelong, OPTIMAL results such as inner peace, a strong and healthy body and mind, a heart full of joy, happiness, abundance, and health.
Here's the SCOOP:
*We have already been working together as a group since 13/08/2012, and set out to do this for 8 weeks, BUT we are opening the group up for new enrollment for an extra 4 weeks beginning Monday 8/10/2012 -04/11/2012!:)!:)
Monday mornings from 6am-7am, we will meet at North Burleigh Park for a jump start to the week. We will use the TRX (youtube it :), resistance bands, a pair of 2KG dumbbells, and mother nature to get an intense and transformational workout. Together we will set an intention for the workout, and we will allow ourselves to fully surrender to the movements as they work their magic on us!
Thursday evening from 6:30-8:30pm we will be meeting at Tennis on 11th (on the corner of Cypress TCE and Tenth Ave in Palm Beach, one block west of the GC HWY). This is a beautiful inside space I have rented out in the past, and it is perfect for our work together.
From 6:30-7:00pm we will do Roll-Out (so if you don't already have a foam roller you have a few weeks to get one and email me or post on my FB page for help if you need it to find one). Roll Out, otherwise known as myo-fascial release, helps the body break down fat, repair from exercise, it helps release the tissue/fascia so the bones can move back into alignment, it detoxifies the skin, opens up the body and prepares it for movement, and overall just makes you feel damn good!
From 7-8pm we will do a circuit training workout that will be an expression of Erin Lanahan Method. This Method is my very own, unique expression of Fitness designed by me 4 years ago, and it combines a little bit of everything I believe to be the most effective for creating hot bodies, happy hearts, and clear minds. It will consist of Pilates movements, weight training, plyo-metrics, stability and core training, and maybe even a little bit of dance ;-) (Don't worry, no experience required!) We will do this workout to some upbeat and motivational music, that I create specifically to get you moving, grooving, having fun, and feeling on top of the world! We will conclude this segment with a therapeutic stretch.
From 8-8:30pm we will chill out to a question and answer session where you get to ask me anything and I get to share with you EVERYTHING I know as much as time permits :-) We will all ALWAYS learn by listening to other people's questions and the answers given as a result. We can get educated about food, discuss emotional eating, work through inner conflicts that make it challenging for you to make the choices regarding food, relationships, work, etc, that are aligned with your highest goals for yourself and your life, ETC...hopefully you get the point. This is my way of doing everything I can to help not just give you a plan, but to be there with you while you have an EXPERIENCE. I want you to learn, feel educated and empowered, and ultimately find YOUR own unique expression of health and fitness.
Sunday Evenings we will be meeting at Tennis on 11th again from 6-8pm. From 6-7pm this will be a Candlelight Yoga class that specifically caters to the group's energy and needs each session. Then we will dive a little deeper into peace and harmony with a meditation class from 7-8pm. Once again, this is an opportunity for you to get healthy and fit in ALL areas of yourself.
Our thoughts are the NUMBER ONE contributor to our state of health, well-being, and fitness.
We must become willing to be more effective thinkers, and also to explore the realm of simply BEING, in order to fully make the shift into a body and life we feel thoroughly connected to, grateful for, and proud of.
What you need:
Ladies: A pair of 2KG dumbbells and a yoga mat
Gentlemen: A pair of 5KG dumbbells and a yoga mat
**Please bring the weights to your Monday and Thursday sessions, and your mats to your Thursday and Sunday sessions.
WHEN DO WE BEGIN?
Begins Monday 8th of October, at 6am at Burleigh Beach Park, which is across the street from Tropicanna, just on the corner of the highway one block east of James St.
HOW LONG DO WE TRAIN TOGETHER FOR?
We are finishing up the 8 weeks currently in process, Sunday 07/10/2012, and then we begin the NEW 4 weeks with YOU as part of our group too, Monday 08/10/2012! So for 4 weeks total we will dig deep into health, well-being, and accessing the tools it really takes to have the life you've always wanted!
WHAT YOU GET:

-You get to have my attention and commitment in a way that I have never before given it to any group.
WHAT'S THE INVESTMENT?
I am giving you 3 options to JOIN. You can pay to be a part of 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks, for 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks, or for 1 session for 4 weeks. It doesn't matter which 1 or 2 you choose if you don't do all 3, as the cost is equal for each one. The more you choose to do, the better price you get to pay AND THE HAPPIER I AM TOO ;-)

You can pay all up front and receive an additional $10 OFF the total cost, OR you have the option to pay $99 upfront and the rest will be due on or before 15/10/2012. When you enroll, I will send you an email and an agreement to sign and return back to me. When it gets close to the rest of your payment being due, I will send you an invoice or you can bring cash or check to training. This will have to be paid if you are to continue training with the group. That being said, at that point and IF it turns out you need to break the remainder of your payment up into 2 payments, I will work that out with you when the time comes.
WHAT I WANT:
I am looking for a dedicated, open-minded group who is willing to grow, learn, expand, and experience something within AND without. I want to be certain that once we start this journey together, that we all commit to the journey together and help each other see it through to the end of the 4 weeks. This is so powerful to do as a group and to stay as a group for the whole thing, so THIS IS MY HEART'S TO DESIRE TO MANIFEST A GROUP THAT COMMITS AND STICKS TOGETHER. We will explore, connect, learn new things, laugh, try new things, sweat, breathe, OM, release weight and stagnant energy, and learn from one another's questions and experiences along the way.
