Please join UMN, the Boston Busing/Desegregation Project and members of the External Advisiory Committee on School Choice for an evening of shared learning, reflection and dialogue about seeking equity, access and social justice in the desegregation years and today. A short clip from Can We Talk: Learning from Boston's Busing/Desegregation Crisis will be shown followed by brief panel presentations and lots of sharing. Panelists include: educator Theresa Perry, historian James Green, community activist Carmen Pola, education activist Gina Chirichigno, BPS Achievement Gap director Carroll Blake, and special education advocate Toni Saunders.
