Join us for an amazing evening of pure indulgence. Anani Lawson of ATL Wine Consulting and Sommelier at The French Laundry Restaurant will be providing a priceless wine pairing to a remarkable dinner menu.

This is guaranteed to be our best event to date, with the most dramatic food ingredients and preparations experienced yet! Without giving away too much of the surprise, here is a snippet of the menu....

We are pleased to offer the first in a series of exclusive educational dinners. It is of great honor that we offer the experience of dining along side Anani Lawson, an industry leading Sommelier at the famed French Laundry Restaurant.

Join us for an exploration into gourmet food and exlusive wine, filled with an educational and entertaining approach to fine dining.

Pajo's Boutique Catering will be handling an array of modern and artistically crafted cuisine to pair with wines chosen by Anani Lawson. A canape and cocktail reception will take place followed by a formal seating where the diners will venture into a multi course dinner.


Cooking tips, recipes and more will be shared and guests are encouraged to join in. Modern techniques featuring such equipment as the "Anti-Griddle", Thermal Immersion Circulator, Paco Jet and more will be featured in the cuisine and the Chef will share the secrets of a truly modern and refined kitchen in todays world.

Guests will be experiencing variations in texture, flavor and more. Explanation of creating a multi-course menu and pairing with distinct wines will be shared in detail.
