We are excited that you are able to support the Georgia Justice Project at this year’s Lobby Day at the Capitol! This is our second annual Lobby Day dedicated to our clients, volunteers and supporters alike who wish to donate their time in order to speak with their legislators about the difficulty people with criminal records have in securing jobs, housing, and other opportunities in Georgia and the negative impact on taxpayers and communities. Please fill out the following information for us. All additional questions should be directed to Kenneth Westberry at Kenneth@gjp.org or 404-827-0027, ext. 254.
We will include more information regarding the specifics of the day's agenda in the coming week
When & Where
Georgia Justice Project
The Georgia Justice Project defends indigent people who have been accused of committing a crime and, win or lose, stands beside them in order to assist in rebuilding their lives. GJP also advocates for policy reform surrounding issues of employment, housing and licensing. We work to eliminate the collateral consequences of a criminal record.
