Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Paul Ingrassia takes a look at our cultural history through the windshields of iconic automobiles. Mr. Ingrassia’s free lecture centers around his new book, "Engines of Change: A History of the American Dream in Fifteen Cars.” He explores how cars have both propelled and reflected the American experience— from the Model T to the Prius.
The Henry Ford’s Senior Curator of Transportation, Bob Casey will moderate a Q&A session following the lecture. Guests will also be able to purchase a copy of the book and have it signed by Mr. Ingrassia.
Lecture is free. Guests should enter via the IMAX lobby. Anderson Theater doors open at 1:30 p.m. the program will start promptly at 2 p.m.
