The Engine 2 Diet is a simple, plant-strong four-week program that will enable you to reach whatever goal you choose, whether it’s losing weight or becoming physically fit! We are here to kickstart your challenge and guide you along the way. Particpants will get weekly meal plans, shopping lists and recipie suggestions. Each Monday we'll serve up some delicious samples in a group setting and share the past week's successes.
The first meet-up is on the 8th and your 28-Day Challenge will begin the following day. We'll be here with you throughout the process to motivate and support.
