The Energy Issues in Existing Homes workshop is specifically designed to help real estate professionals better serve their clients. Participants will learn about:
- Why some homes use more energy than others
- Helping clients solve home energy problems
- Marketing a home's energy performance
- Energy financing options and incentives for existing homes
- Finding and listing information on a home's energy performance
- The cost-effectiveness of different energy improvements
This 3-hour workshop has been approved for 3 credits by the NH Real Estate Commission for licensed NH real estate professionals.

The Meredith Energy Committee and Plymouth Area Renewable Energy Initiative's Efficiency Training Program are hosting this workshop Thursday, September 26 at the Meredith Community Center, Room B on 1 Circle Drive in Meredith. Registration will be from 9:00am - 9:30am, and the workshop to follow from 9:30am - 12:45pm.
