Cyrus C. Taylor, PhD, is the dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and the Albert A. Michelson Professor in Physics. An enthusiastic supporter of the arts, Taylor is well known for his leadership in creating programs aimed at empowering scientists as entrepreneurs.
Joshua Bell, renowned violinist, joins The Cleveland Orchestra to perform Beethoven’s timeless Violin Concerto. After intermission, Franz Welser-Möst leads Shostakovich's Tenth Symphony, a musical assertion of the individual against the state.

Where can I park?
Guests are responsible for their own parking. Five parking lots are available around the venue (prices vary). Guests can purchase advance parking vouchers for $15 by calling 305.949.6722. Valet parking is also available for $25.

Is my registration transferrable?
Registrations are not transferrable to another individual. Nametags will be available upon check-in for easy mingling with your former classmates, as well as tickets to the performance if purchased.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please print and bring your ticket(s) with you to the cafe. Guests can also download the Eventbrite app for iPhone or Android devices to display the ticket barcode on their phone.
What is the refund policy?
Requests for refunds should be directed to Jason Hawk at email@example.com. Requests will not be honored after Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013.
