Dr. Juan Andrade, Jr., President of the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute is the most decorated Latino leader in the nation and one of the most 100 Most Influential Hispanics in America. In 2001, he was honored by former President Bill Clinton for “extraordinary accomplishment in promoting civic participation and leadership development.” In 2011, he received the Ohtli Award, the highest honor presented by the people and government of Mexico for service to the community of the U.S.
