Empowered By Chocolate

Please join us for an evening with Kuapa Kokoo, a farmer's cooperative in Ghana, that supplies cocoa to Divine Chocolate.
What does it take to get Fair Trade cocoa into the hands of Northwestern Americans? Every link in the value chain plays an important role, including the farmer, buyer, manufacturer, consumer, as well as fair financing mechanisms operating throughout. This is a rare opportunity to meet representatives from every step in that value chain for one of Seattle's favorite products: chocolate!
