Emotiva Headquarters – we have it all… two home theaters, a two-channel listening room, and a state of the art recording studio. Our doors are always open, and, believe us, you should definitely drop in if you are in the Nashville area. But, what if you’re not?
Well, if you live in the greater Chicago area, you’re in luck. We’re bringing the Emotiva experience to you. We’re stuffing everything that we can fit into a 40 ft. trailer: over 1,000 lbs of gear, a pop-up home theater on wheels, our favorite tunes, and the Emotiva crew. This is your chance to hear for yourself just how much high-end audiophile quality sound you can get for your money - if you’re a smart shopper.
When you get there, we’ll have two separate rooms set up inside for you to listen to: one with a state-of-the-art home theater system, the other with a real audiophile two channel system. We’ll also have more home theater equipment set up in the “Emotiva Lounge”; our travelling hospitality entertainment center. All of the equipment will be right there where you can touch it, and hear what it really sounds like in person; that way you’ll be able to hear for yourself the difference that great equipment can make to your listening experience, and what that system you’ve always dreamed about really sounds like. Find out once and for all how much difference a separate DAC can make to the way your computer files sound. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be there to give you accurate and honest answers about our equipment, and about how to set up your own little bit of audio heaven. And, unlike what you might expect to find at a hi-fi store or catalog shop (if you can still find one), what we’re showing off is our equipment, so we know all about it and we’ll make sure you get accurate answers – and point you to the right system for you.
We’ll also have special pricing for the weekend and you might just see a cameo or two from an unreleased product in our pipeline.
The event is free to attend. We’ll be serving food and beverages as well, so come hungry. Incidentally, if you’re not in the Chicago area, stay tuned for announcements about further stops “on the tour".
