Dan has a reputation as a self-directed professional with excellent management skills. He communicates clearly and effectively with diverse populations in written, verbal, and presentation formats. He has strong sales and management ability to innovate systems to improve sales, save time and money, and enhance business processes. Dan has the reputation as an innovative leader and manager who emphasizes teamwork and inspires employees to reach company set goals. He is self-motivated with excellent leadership and executive-level skills as well as significant experience in optimizing employee capabilities.
Dan has managed national sales teams for the Home Depot Supply and been an executive board member of national companies. He has a documented record of strong, decisive executive leadership in organizations ranging from $225 million to over $3 billion, national in reach and scale, and interdisciplinary teams of up to 1,000 employees.
Dan earned his BSBA from the University of Tampa with a concentration in Finance. He is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and Certified Professional Motivators Analyst. In addition he is pursuing his Professional Emotional Quotient Analyst certification.
