Ellen Pellegrino is the wife of 31 years to Anthony Pellegrino, mother of three, and grandmother to Rapheal, who’s now 2 years old.
Ellen was very involved in her children’s activities, serving as a Girl Scout and Boy Scout Leader.
She was also a PAT leader and volunteered as a public relations representative for the Suffolk County Girl Scouts where her responsibilities encompassed areas from Hauppauge to the Hamptons on Long Island. Ellen created a yearly event to honor outstanding leaders and their achievements within the Girl Scouts called “Salute to the Stars.”
Mrs. Pellegrino, along with her husband and brother in law, built two successful catering facilities in Lake Ronkonkoma called Windows on the Lake and The Beach Club Estate. For over 25 years, they have helped create memorable experiences to celebrate various types of events. They cater to the Tri-State area and out of state residences, as well as our local communities. Mrs. Pellegrino has won awards for her Events Unlimited Off-Premises galas, creating unusual and intimate environments for her clients.
Ellen branched out into the field of hypnotherapy, restoring her clients’ minds and bodies, as well as implementing many other healing modalities. She is also an Intuitive Life Coach. Within that field, Ellen provides hypno-synergistic work, helping people release blocks within the mind and body to help them live a fuller and happier life.
Eight years ago, Ellen started the Age of New Beginnings, a holistic spa and salon. This originated in historic Stony Brook. In addition, a new spa was opened in the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverhead. Two and a half years ago, she expanded and opened up My New Spalon within the Beach Club Estate facility. There, brides and their families are pampered so they look fabulous for their special day. Hair and makeup are one of many special services offered.
In addition, weekly events for spiritual and holistic wellbeing are offered at the Age of New Beginnings.
