The 3rd Annual Golf Outing and Cornhole Tournament
Saturday, July 13, 2013

Sylvania, Ohio 43560
Colin Fisher was tragically taken from his friends and family on August 4, 2009; little did he know
that he had a daughter on the way. Ella Colin Fisher was born just 7 months later. She is a true
blessing! Charities from this event will be donated to the Ella Fisher Educational Fund.

sponsor, a hole sponsor, or a cornhole sponsor. Our sponsors will be highlighted on either a tee box or on
the green. All entry fees are tax deductible.
You may choose the following options:
Hole-n-One Sponsorship ($250) includes the opportunity to sponsor a Hole-n-One par 3 and the putting green
Long Drive or Closest to Pin sponsorship ($200) includes hole sponsor and gifts sponsored by your company
Golf Hole Sponsorship ($100) includes signage at one hole
We would like all sponsorship commitments by July 5th, 2013 to print signs for the course. The deadline

Thank you for your generosity,
When & Where
Ella Fisher Fund
In 2009 Colin Fisher was murdered. He was forced to leave this life at an early age and forced to leave a loving family. At the time of his murder his girlfriend was in her first term of pregnancy. Although Ella was born into a marvelous family it doesnt take away the fact she never has and never will get a chance to meet her father. Ella Fisher Fund was created to procure funds for Ella's educational advancement. Ella's mother works hard to support them both, but like most has found it a struggle to support their family of two while working and attending school. We would like to help brighten another future by suppling support to push for educational advancement.
